Dr. Joel Durinka, MD, is a highly trained physician with dual residency experience in Family Medicine and General Surgery, and fellowship training in Surgical Critical Care. A graduate of St. George’s University School of Medicine, he has completed rigorous clinical and academic programs at institutions including the University of Pennsylvania, University at Buffalo, and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Dr. Durinka is board certified in Family Medicine and board eligible in both General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care. His interests include complex surgical care, evidence-based medicine, and physician education.
